Contra Costa Health Services' SRTS project will provide comprehensive bike/ped education, encouragement, and engagement activities to foster a walk-and-bike-to-school culture at 13 middle and high schools in West Contra Costa. Activities will include WCCUSD student and staff presentations; biking and walking events; on-road skills and repair instruction; WABL internships and clubs coordination; volunteer leadership trainings; city and stakeholder engagement; and school travel map development.
